I nano-need this product during the last part of the facial, and you can see the smoothing of fine lines immediately. The smoothing effect is outstanding once you add a layer of moisturizer over the top. I have clients purchase this add-on in a package, so they are buying a vial. I keep track of how much I use, but I tend to get three treatments per vial.
