Sarah is a solo esthetician, K-beauty enthusiast, and founder of Kin Aesthetics.

During her university days, living in South Korea, she became very interested in the intentionality and innovation which surrounds Korean skincare. 

A decade later she opened her own skincare studio which was founded on Korean rituals + skincare philosophies, and as an extension, began sharing her passion with other estheticians through distribution and education.

As a seasoned customer success leader with roots in advisory and operational design, he has guided teams across industries including manufacturing, food & beverage, and aerospace. Known for his sharp attention to detail and impressive number skills, Andrew is in charge of ordering, receiving + making sure the back of the warehouse runs smoothly. While his dry sense of humor gives him a bit of a grumpy teddy bear vibe (see photo), we wouldn’t have it any other way. Deeply committed to the environment, he helps us meet our company wide green initiatives.

Shannon is the driving force behind keeping our shipping department running smooth. She's creative, organized and her tech-savvy skills are matched by her thoughtful and intentional approach to problem-solving. Whether it’s keeping everything organized or finding creative solutions, Shannon ensures each order is processed smoothly and efficiently. With her proactive mindset, she keeps our fulfillment process running like clockwork.

Meet Olivia! With a sharp, dry sense of humor and an eye for design, she keeps our social media presence not only organized but engaging. Her ability to balance creativity and structure is truly a gift.

Bethany is a 15 year veteran in the esthetic industry, and has her own solo studio, House of Figs in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

She is our lead trainer for a reason. With a caring and empathetic approach, she creates a safe and nurturing learning environment for estheticians while encouraging them to think outside-the-box.
