The LaZer Peel is a superficial to medium-depth (pH 1.7) peel combining several types of acids to mimic a laser treatment. The depth of the peel is determined by how long it is left on the face. This peel is incredible for tackling stubborn hyperpigmentation including Melasma. 


Contains:

  • Glycolic Acid 34.3%

  • Citric Acid 10%

  • Lactic Acid 9.99%

  • Tranexamic Acid 5%

  • Salicylic Acid 2%

  • Hexylresorcinol 2%

  • Ascorbyl Glucoside .5% 


Hexylresorcinol, in particular, is a safe and effective ingredient for reducing hyperpigmentation. Evidence consistently shows it to be up to 200% more effective than hydroquinone for this purpose, without the side effects usually associated with hydroquinone, which may include severe allergic reactions.

Best Results!

I’ve had several clients almost totally get rid of any melasma. It builds upon each treatment, I usually do a once a month series, maybe a bit closer together at the start if they are doing good home care. I make them promise to wear SPF every single day or I won’t do it, lol! Fabulous for fine lines too.
