Cacao is rich in antioxidants, such as flavonoids and polyphenols, which help protect the skin from free radical damage. This can help prevent premature aging, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and maintain a youthful complexion.

Alginate is derived from brown seaweed and has a gel-like consistency when mixed with water, making it ideal for creating a mask that can conform to the contours of the face. It's perfect for locking in serums.  On its own it does provide hydration, and also has the ability to soothe the skin thanks to its cooling properties.

This cocoa gelee mask is the first gelee mask that I have purchased so it's going to take me time to get the consistency proper but my first application went great and it came off perfectly and my client's skin felt amazing he loved it!
