Rich M Cream establishes an invisible barrier shield, effectively preventing trans-dermal barrier moisture loss while protecting the skin’s natural barrier. Its occlusive barrier technology not only safeguards the moisture reservoir but also fortifies the intrinsic barrier with the power of Ceramide NP, a naturally occurring lipid known to improve skin texture and reverse skin dehydration.

Ceramide NP is a fundamental component of healthy skin. Over time, Ceramide NP makes the skin more resilient, increasing ceramide production and improving moisture retention beyond product application. 

Additionally, Essential Rich M Cream also features Prodew 400, a 50% aqueous solution composed of amino acids and other natural ingredients combined for their moisturizing and humectant effects. 

Betaine (30%) is added to refine skin texture and increase moisture retention by binding water to the skin. 

Essential Rich M Cream also contains: 

Amino Acids: Serine, Glycine, Glutamic Acid, Alanine, Lysine, Arginine, Threonine, and Proline, helping to maintain skin structure and elasticity, reduce inflammation, promote collagen production, and smooth the skin.

Fucoidan is extracted from brown seaweed. It contains antioxidants to combat free radicals and is a humectant, promoting a plumper, more hydrated appearance. Fucoidan may also have anti-inflammatory properties, potentially beneficial for conditions like eczema, rosacea, or troubled skin of any kind.

The best for repairing the skin barrier

I always send home my patients who have a completely destroyed skin barrier; the entire DERMO ESSENCIAL line is excellent for the skin barrier, it reduces inflammation, repairs, and protects, and I make them use two layers of hydration at home: the lotion and the cream.

Great for dry skin and even sensitive skin

I was reading on this product where it says, if you want something lighter, to go for the lotion one, I believe. But honestly even through the hot weather, it didn’t feel thick to me. As a professional, I always test all my products before using it on my clients. It’s super moisturizing, breathable and gentle. I’m also glad it doesn’t have no fragrance or overly strong smell.
