V-Tox: Benefits + Our Most FAQ

Posted by Sarah Kinsler-Holloway on

The term "V-lift" refers to a popular facial contouring trend in Korean beauty and skincare. It is designed to create a more slim and defined V-shaped face, which is considered youthful.

The V-Tox by KrX is an incredible rejuvenating treatment that lifts, tightens and contours the face all while delivering important peptides to help stimulate collagen and elastin.  Your clients will leave feeling like they've just had a mini face-lift and it's completely painless!

The benefits of the V-Tox include increased micro-circulation (as the mask dries) which increases the delivery of nutrients, and also collagen stimulation with the abundance of peptides found in the formula.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do results last?

As with any treatment, it's important to manage expectations. First, aging is a process that does not stop, unfortunately, and this is a non-invasive treatment, not an actual face lift procedure.

So I tell my clients that three treatments are recommended, two weeks apart for best results, and then I recommend quarterly maintenance, although your client could come weekly if they wanted to (and their budget allowed).

It's also imperative to explain the 80/20 rule, which is 80% of the results will come from homecare.  I highly recommend getting clients on the Youthplex Line

This will help to continuously restore lost volume in the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin, and also helping to improve hyperpigmentation.

What protocol brings about the best results?

I personally recommend following the advanced protocol, which I've created after years of working with a variety of V-Tox products.  This advanced protocol will get you the best results because you're incorporating electroporation, and microcurrent.  My favorite device to use for both of those modalities is The Leaf.  It's a handheld device that has three different modalities, and it is a workhorse!

My results aren't great, what did I do wrong?

If you feel your results are less than stellar you have to consider your clients skin. Were they a great candidate? While anyone can benefit from this treatment, you'll notice the most significant results are on those who have a loss of collagen, elasticity and even some glycation.

I will sometimes get college students who book the V-Tox treatment. I always let them know that although they will benefit at a cellular level they will not leave looking like some of the other before and afters I post.

I also highly recommend following the advanced protocol which can be found in the catalog
