4 Ways To Prep Your Treatment Room For Fall

Posted by Sarah Kinsler-Holloway on

As the summer warmth fades away and the crisp air of autumn starts to settle in, we find ourselves on the cusp of a sensory wonderland.
Here are some ways I transition into the fall season...

Change Bedding

I love using a duvet in general, but now would be a good time to try it out. My clients always comment on how my bed feels like a giant marshmallow.  By the way, this is my favorite duvet cover.  I have several for the treatment room, and even for my home!  It is super soft + washes extremely well.

Diffuse Warm Earthy Scents

I'm probably alone, but the smell of pumpkin spice is not for me.  But, I do love many of the scents from Thara Sacra.  Her room spray is divine, and is perfect for fall months. She describes it as "Ground Root Chakra essential oil blend, plus just the sweetest hint of Lavender. The aroma of Ground helps to nurture and strengthen our base. (Root Chakra, Muladhara) Instantly grounding, this scent evokes the feeling of being gently rocked by Mother Earth herself."

Opt for Warm Drinks

A nice change from spa water...ofter a warm beverage to your clients. It's super easy to get an electric tea kettle, and my favorite, easy, fall spa drink is steeping the Winter Chai Tea Blend and adding a little bit of local honey to boost the immune system.

Washable Slippers

Clients love these slippers I offer during the cooler months. They keep their feet warm and cozy. They're easy to wash which is a bonus!
