The Kin Dermal Needling Device is a versatile tool, allowing you to nano-needle, micro-channel or micro-needle, depending on cartridge used, and depth.

Pen has an easy to adjust dial around head, which allows depths up to 2.5mm, and as shallow as .25mm.  

All cartridges feature back-flow protection to prevent cross contamination.

Love it

This one is amazing. It’s very comparable to the herbal solutions CIT pen or even the esthetics pro pen for a 3rd of the cost. I love the size of the tips: they are smaller than your traditional pens which makes me happy. I really dislike the “fat” tips on a lot of other pens have. This was great and I felt more in control of the areas I was treating. It is also a lot quieter which it’s great for the client!

I love this pen. I have used many devices and the price point is perfect for the Kin device. I bought a second to have one at home, as well. It's easy to use. The tips are also great and very affordable. Another Kin home run!!

I can only nano channel in my state, but this is a must to channel in the Inflacure treatment!

Great device

The weight of this tool is perfect. I find it just glides on the skin rather than pulling the skin. Easy to clean and sanitize. The color is really nice also.

I do like the device, the only draw back is that it isn’t quite a powerful as others I own but it still works well!
